# How to apply post details to all posts in bulk

The **Apply to All Posts** option in Publer allows you to schedule hundreds of posts in bulk across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and X/Twitter applying the same settings to all at once.

You can easily schedule Instagram **Stories**, TikTok **followers-only videos**, **Reels with custom audio**, **tagged X communities**, **Facebook business partners**, **and more**. This feature saves time and simplifies post management within Publer.

# To apply post details to all posts in bulk:

### When selecting one social account:

* Click on the **Create** button.
* Upload multiple posts in bulk as you normally would. Learn more on how to schedule in bulk [here](https://publer.com/help/en/article/how-to-schedule-in-bulk-16hbbj4/).
* When you need to make a change apply to all the posts, click on **Apply to all posts** on the right-side of the post.

|| Keep in mind this option is available only for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and X/Twitter.

* In my case, I need to schedule all the Instagram photos as stories and for them to post automatically.
* Review the confirmation message to check which posts will be updated.

* **Confirm** and schedule your posts accordingly.

### When selecting multiple accounts:

* Upload multiple posts in bulk and choose the social accounts of your choice.
* Customize posts for each social media platform first. To customize the posts, click on the customize button. Learn more [here](https://publer.com/help/en/article/how-to-customize-posts-for-each-social-network-1cgw0wg/).

|| Note : You can post to multiple social accounts simultaneously, including a X/Twitter account. However, you can only select one X/Twitter account at a time.

* Click **Apply to all posts** after selecting the post on the social account of your choice.

* Review the confirmation message to check which posts will be updated.

* **Confirm** and schedule your posts accordingly.

### Keep in mind:

* This option appears only when multiple posts can be updated at once.
* The apply to all posts option will pop up where possible and will modify only the applicable posts on the list for that social network.
* You can post to multiple social accounts at once, but only one X/Twitter account can be selected at a time.
* When posting to multiple platforms, customize each post first before using **Apply to all posts**.
* The supported platforms are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and X/Twitter.
