# How to connect X/Twitter accounts

||| Due to the Twitter Enterprise API cost, Twitter accounts are not supported in the [free version](https://publer.io/plans).

# To connect your **X/Twitter** with Publer:

* Select **Social Accounts** on the left of the dashboard and then click the **Connect** for Twitter.
* Select **Twitter**.

* You will be required to **authorize** Publer to access your account.
 
||| If you are logged out of your Twitter account, you will be asked for the email and password. In case you want a different Twitter account from the one you are currently logged in on your browser with, please switch accounts on your Twitter profile first. Publer will be able to get information based on the account you are currently logged in with on your browser.

* Finally, make sure you **Connect** the account after you add it on Publer.

* Go to the **Publer icon** on the left-side.

* Go to **Accounts **and click on ** + Add new social accounts**

* Select the **Twitter/X** logo.

* You will be required to **authorize** Publer to access your account.
