# How to convert Twitter/X posts to screenshots

You can easily convert Twitter/X posts into screenshots directly inside Publer. This is useful for resharing tweets, highlighting conversations, creating visual posts, or repurposing content without using external tools.

# To convert Twitter/X posts to screenshots:

* Go to **Create** and paste the link of a Twitter/X post into the composer.

* Click on **Convert to image**.

* Choose a **background color** for your image. You can select a solid color or a gradient.
* If you prefer a darker style, toggle on **Dark Card**.

* Customize the **aspect ratio** based on where you plan to post. Available options include:

* Custom  
* Square (1:1)  
* Landscape (16:9)  
* Vertical (9:16)  
* Classic TV (4:3)

* You can also customize additional elements, such as showing or hiding tweet details like the profile icon, username, verification badge, date, and engagement metrics.

* Click **Apply** to save the image.
* The link to the original post will automatically appear in the caption, but you can remove it if you want.
* Once you’re done, preview the final result in the **Live Preview** on the right side.
