# How to create follow-up comments with the AI Assist

### DesktopStart

# To create follow-up comments with AI Assist:

* **Create** a post by clicking on the + Create button.

||| You must select at least one account.

* Start composing the caption and click on **+Add comment/thread**.

* Click the **AI Assist** icon, and the AI Assistant will open as a chat window on the left side of your composer.

* Then, select **Comment with AI**.

* If the result looks good to you, click **Insert** to add it to your follow-up comment.

* If the result doesn't meet your needs, [tweak the prompt](https://publer.com/help/en/article/how-to-generate-text-with-ai-assist-hsx8fq/) to get a more personalized response. For example, try entering 'Generate new text,' and it will then generate a new suggestion.
* If you're satisfied with the result, preview the follow up comment on the right-side.
