# How to create posts from ideas

### DesktopStart

The **Ideas** tab in Publer helps you turn ideas into real posts without leaving Publer. You can save ideas, write drafts, collaborate with your team, and create posts with AI, all in one place.

Ideas are not linked to any social account until you use them in the composer. It works like a simple Kanban board, where you can drag and drop ideas across columns or lists as they move forward.

Ideas can be created in multiple places:

* From the **Composer** (when no social accounts are selected)
* From the **Ideas tab**
* From the **Home dashboard**

# To create a post from an idea:

* Go to the [Ideas](https://app.publer.com/#/ideas) tab.
* Click on the idea you want to use and the post modal will open.
* Review the content and make any final edits.
* Click the arrow to choose **Use idea** or **Enhance with AI**.

* If you choose **Use idea**, the Create modal opens so you can edit and schedule the post right away.
* If you choose **Enhance with AI**, Publer AI will generate or refine the post using your draft, instructions, and Brand Voice.

* Click **Insert** to add the content to the composer.
* Select the social accounts on the left side and schedule the post accordingly.

### To create posts in bulk from ideas

* If you are managing many ideas, you can **select multiple ideas**.
* **Use **them in bulk.

* This will open them in the Create composer so you can quickly turn several ideas into posts at once.
* Select a social account and click **Submit**.

Ideas are not linked to any social account until you use them in the composer.

On the mobile app, you can preview Ideas from the **Home** page, but full management is done inside the **Ideas** tab. It works like a simple Kanban board, where you move ideas across columns and lists as they progress.

# To create a post from an idea:

* Go to the **Ideas** tab.
* Tap the idea you want to use and the post modal will open.
* Tap the three dots in the top right to choose **Use** or **Enhance with AI**.

* Tap **Insert**, select the social accounts, and schedule the post.
