# How to edit and delete internal notes

|| Keep in mind, every member can only edit or delete notes that they have created. No one else from the team can edit/delete your notes.

### To edit or delete an internal note in Publer:

* Simply navigate to the **Calendar tab** and choose your preferred page view (Feed or Calendar view).

* Then, locate your post, and on the left side of it, you'll see the internal notes.
* Once you locate the post, click the three dots in the top right corner of the note and choose whether you'd like to **Edit** or **Delete** the note.

* When you select **Edit**, you'll be able to edit the note and save the changes, as shown here:

* If you don’t want to make any changes, you can simply click **Cancel**.
* When you click **Delete**, you will be prompted to confirm whether you are sure you want to delete the note. Please note that once deleted, the note **cannot** be recovered.

|| You will only be able to delete or edit notes that you personally have created. The same goes for every member.

Learn how you can delete or edit an internal note from mobile app.

### Editing an internal note:

* Go to the **Calendar** menu.
* Then, find the post where you made the note that you wish to edit.

* Open the post you want and locate the note you wish to edit (we made a typo in "reschedule").

* Next, click on the three dots next to the note and select **Edit**.

* Finally, make the necessary fix or change and click the green tick to submit the update.

### Deleting an internal note:

* Find the note you want to delete, click on the three dots, and select the **Delete** option.

* Finally, confirm the changes, and the note will be deleted.
