# How to export a dedicated view of the Post Insights to PDF or Excel/CSV

In addition to being able to export the [Analytics Overview](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-download-your-analytics-reports-1yrmimi/) to a **PDF/CSV** file, you now have the option to export a dedicated view of the **Post Insights** table.

# To download the PDF/CSV Reports:
 
* Go to **Analytics** on Publer.
* Select the social account for which you want to download analytics.
* You can also download analytics for the whole team/workspace, so all the accounts, by not selecting any account on the left-side.
* Choose the **Post Insights** tab.

* On the **Post Insights** tab click on the **Export to** option on the top right corner, to export a dedicated view of the post analytics to **PDF** or **Excel/CSV.**

||| Keep in mind the PDF reports can only contain up to 100 posts per report, so only the first 100 posts will be displayed. However, there is no post limit when exporting your insights to a CSV file.

* To export the report as a **PDF file**, select **Export view as PDF**. To export the report as a **CSV file**, choose **Export view as Excel/CSV**.

||| Keep in mind you can only automate a PDF report of the overview, not the Post Insights. Learn more about it [here](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-automate-analytics-reports-12s8wj7/).

* You will receive a notification on the **Notification** bell once the PDF/CSV Report is ready.
* Click on the **Notification** bell and open the **PDF/CSV Report**.
* You will be redirected to a new tab where you can download the report, print it, or share it with other people.

| If your exported CSV shows unreadable Arabic characters, import it into Excel using Data > Get Data > From Text/CSV, set encoding to UTF-8 in the preview, and click Load.

* Open the Publer mobile app and go to **Analytics**.
* Select the social account for which you want to download analytics.
* Choose the **Post Insights** tab.
* There, click on the **download icon** on the top right corner, to export a dedicated view of the post analytics to **PDF** or **Excel/CSV.**

* Open the **PDF/CSV Report**.

* You will be redirected to a new tab where you can download, view the report, print it, or share it with other people.
