Publer’s new AI Assistant opens as a chat window on the left side of your composer and stays in place while you work. It’s designed to help you write posts, drafts, comments, threads, alt text, signatures, and any other content—all from one convenient space.

The AI Assist will be automatically activated once you subscribe for the Business Plan, or after you connect your OpenAI account. To use the AI Assist features, follow the steps below.

To generate text with AI:

Go to the Create page and click on the AI Assist button.


The AI Assistant will open as a chat window on the left side of your composer and remains visible as you work.
Write a detailed prompt, and click the blue button with the arrow to generate text. (see below for examples).

Note: AI can generate text from scratch, but it needs some input to get started. The more specific your prompt, the better and more accurate the results will be.


If the result doesn’t meet your needs, simply enter a new prompt to generate a better one.


If the result looks good to you, just click Insert to add it to your post.


You can always go back to previous results by scrolling through the AI Assist sidebar.

The highlighted text generated by AI will be added to your post where you can make any last minute changes, and schedule it accordingly.

To generate new text content like a pro:

Specify the tone of the voice for the content, i.e., sounding professional


Specify for which channel the content you need is, i.e., a short Tweet, or a long paragraph for a blog


Specify the goal for the post, i.e., spark debate


Specify or use the language you want the output to be in, i.e., Albanian


Specify little details, i.e., use three trending hashtags or include some emojis


Ask AI to give different variations in one go, i.e., three different captions for Instagram


Note: You can easily revisit and reuse any of your previous results by scrolling through the AI Assist sidebar. All generated content is saved there, so you can reference or insert it anytime as you work.

MobileStart

The AI Assist feature is now available in the mobile app. It can help generate new text, rephrase existing text, generate images and provide suggestions to complete the text for social media and blog posts.

To generate social media captions with AI Assist:

Go to Create a post.
Click on the AI Assist icon.



Note: If the post has content, besides generating new text, AI Assist will also give you the option to complete the text.

Write a detailed prompt.
Click on Generate Content.



Note: The more precise you are, the better the results will be.

If you're not satisfied with the result, you can keep regenerating.
Lastly go through the different variations and click on Add to post.
