# How to organize media with labels

### DesktopStart

Assigning labels to media is the best way to stay organized. It helps you distinguish and find media easily. You can label media individually or in bulk.

### To single-label media:

* Go to the **Media Library**.
* Select a media and add the **label(s)**.
* Press **Enter** to add a label, and click the **Save** button.

### To bulk-label media:

* Go to the **Media Library**.
* Select all the media you want to add a label to.
* Click the **Labels** icon at the bottom menu on your screen.

* Add the label to the posts.

* Lastly, click the **Save** button.

| You can also bulk-label the media once the posts are on the Create page, by clicking on Add Labels > Apply to all posts > Save.
