# How to select all visible media files

Select all visible media files to quickly perform bulk actions, such as deleting, marking them as favorites, adding labels, downloading, moving them to a folder, copying their URLs, or using them to schedule posts.

# To select all visible media :

* Open the **Media Library**.
* Switch to **List View**.

* Click the **checkbox** in the top-left corner of the list to select all media files currently visible on the page.

* Choose the action you want to perform with the selected media, such as deleting it, marking it as a favorite, adding a label, downloading it, moving it to a folder, copying its URL, or using it to schedule posts.

* To select more media, scroll down the page to load additional files, then click the **top-left checkbox** again to select the newly loaded media. Repeat this process until you've selected all the media you need.
