# How to set up a posting schedule with the best times to post

# To setup your posting schedule using best time to post:

* Go to the **Social Accounts** tab.

* Once you're in the Social Accounts tab, find the social account for which you want to create a new time slot and select it.
* Then, choose the option labeled Posting Schedule.

* After going to the **Posting Schedule** click on the **Autofill** button.

* Lastly, you can check the **Best time to post** option to populate your schedule.

* Once you **Generate** you can check the slots to post.

|| If no time slots are generated, it means that there are not enough data from analytics to generate slots. The Best Times to Post data is based on previous posts that you have shared. Publer will analyze them, see which posts have performed best, and use that data to provide the time slots. 

* You can always go to analytics to check if there are any [best times to post](https://publer.com/help/en/article/how-to-find-the-best-times-to-post-on-publer-8agvrn/) data.

# To set up your posting schedule using best times to post:

* Open the Publer mobile app.
* Go to your **workspace** and find the social account you want to manage.
* Tap the **three dots** next to the account.
* Select **Account Settings**.

* Tap on **Posting Schedule**.

* Once you're in the **Posting Schedule**, tap the **three dots** in the top right corner.
* Select **Autofill**.

* Choose the option **Best times to post** to automatically populate your schedule based on analytics and click on **Generate**.

* Once generated, you will see the created time slots directly in your posting schedule.

|| If no time slots are generated, it means there is not enough data from analytics. The Best Times to Post feature is based on your previous posts. Publer analyzes their performance and uses that data to suggest optimal time slots.
