# How to set up Rebrandly URL Shortener


# To set up Rebrandly URL Shortener on Publer:

* Go to **Social Accounts** and **select** an account.
* Select **URL Settings** and click on **Rebrandly**:

* Login to **Rebrandly** and authorize Publer to use your account.
* Once **Rebrandly** is connected you can choose whether you want to:

1. Shorten any link.
2. Shorten only link posts.

* You can always deactivate the Rebrandly URL Shortener by clicking on **Disconnect**. For more information go [here](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-disconnect-url-shorteners-26l5f0/).

|| Keep in mind, the link will only be shortened after the post is scheduled/published, so you cannot see the changes when you preview the post.
