# How to tag members in internal notes

### DesktopStart

When using internal notes within Publer, you can easily tag other members so that they get notified about your note.

### To tag members in internal notes:

* Go to the **Calendar page,** and choose your preferred view (Feed or Calendar view).

* Write your note on the right side, and while typing, you can mention a member by using **@** followed by their name (e.g., @John).
* This will display all the corresponding suggestions:

* When you click on the suggestion, it will tag the member, which will trigger a notification to let them know about the note you've added.

* You need to ensure that the tag is spelled correctly and that the member exists.
* If the member does not have access to the social account, you will see a **No results** message.
