# What are the scheduling methods that Publer supports?

# What scheduling methods does Publer support?

Publer’s goal has always been the access to a smooth and fast workflow for each customer. This is why Publer provides **4** different modes of scheduling:

2. [AutoSchedule](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-automatically-schedule-posts-jj58si/?1587462613091)
3. [Recycle](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-automatically-recycle-posts-21oc1h/)
4. [Recurring](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-setup-recurring-posts-1el7orc/?1587462641318)

### Let's dive into each of the scheduling modes:

# 1. [Schedule](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-manually-schedule-posts-1twud2g/?1587462581466)

This is one of the easiest ways to schedule a post. First, let’s create one:

* Click on the **Create** button on the left side. Regardless of which tab you visit, you can always open the Create composer pop-up screen.
* Alternatively, you can click on the dates in the **Upcoming posts** section.

| The **Create a new post** option will appear when you click on the dates in the **Upcoming posts** section.

* Clicking on any of these options will open the composer box. Choose a social account from the left side and curate your post.
* Once done, select **Schedule** from the dropdown menu.

* Specify the **Time and Date** you wish for your post to be shared.

* Lastly, click the **Schedule** button.

# 2. [AutoSchedule](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-automatically-schedule-posts-jj58si/?1587462613091)

|| Remember, you need to have a posting schedule in place before you can start auto-scheduling.

* After you have created a [posting schedule](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-set-up-a-posting-schedule-cxg8y2/), go to the Create tab.
* Choose the social media account you wish to publish on and customize your post as desired.
* Select **AutoSchedule** from the dropdown menu.

* Choose the label you have created on the posting schedule (optional) and specify the other AutoSchedule settings for the post.

* Lastly, click on the **Schedule** button.

# 3. [Recycle](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-automatically-recycle-posts-21oc1h/)

This feature is a real time-saver. Now, you no longer need to save multiple posts repeatedly or revisit those already posted. It allows you to save posts automatically.

* Make sure you have created a [posting schedule](/en/article/how-to-set-up-a-posting-schedule-cxg8y2/).
* Go to the **Create** tab, choose the social media account you wish to publish on, and customize your post as desired.
* After finishing with the post creation, click on the dropdown arrow and select **Recycle**.

* Specify the recycling settings  and then click the **Recycle** button.

# 4. [Recurring](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-setup-recurring-posts-1el7orc/?1587462641318)

* Go to the **Create** tab.
* Select the social accounts on the left.
* Design your post and choose **Recurring**.

* Specify the settings of the recurring post and click on Schedule.

# Note:

* You need to [create a posting schedule](/en/article/how-to-set-up-a-posting-schedule-cxg8y2/) in place before you can start auto-scheduling and recycling posts.
* Navigate to Posts > Scheduled to view all your scheduled posts. To locate a specific post, simply click on the icon of the social account on the left and choose a post from the dashboard.
* You can modify, delete, change time & date, reuse, auto-share, recycle, etc. all the scheduled posts.

* Select a social account on the top.
* Curate your post.
* Press **Next** on the bottom and press **Schedule** from the list.

* Specify the **Time and Date** when you want that post to be shared.

* Finally, click **Ok** after selecting your desired **Time**.

|| This tool works with a dedicated [time slot](https://help.publer.io/en/article/how-to-setup-a-posting-schedule-cxg8y2/?1587462731954) for each social account.

* Make sure you have created a posting schedule from the web version.
* press the **plus button** on the bottom middle of the screen:
* Select a social account on the top.
* Curate your post.
* Press **Next** on the bottom and press **Auto Schedule** from the list.

* Choose the label you have created on the posting schedule and [specify the other Auto Schedule settings](/en/article/how-to-automatically-schedule-posts-jj58si/) for the post.

* Finally, click on **Schedule.**

### Remember:
 
* If you go to **Calendar > Scheduled**, you will find all your scheduled posts there. To find a specific one, you have to click on a social account’s icon on the top and select a post on the dashboard.
* You can modify, delete, change time & date, reuse, publish, etc. all the scheduled posts.
