# What is the refund policy?


### Refunds for web subscriptions

For each payment that you make on the web, you have **14 days** to request a full refund. After the 14 days, you're still eligible for a refund for the remaining of the subscription, but a pro-rated **refund** and the **discount** for paying yearly (where applicable) will be waived.

In a few words, we will never play it dirty and take advantage of you forgetting to [cancel your subscription](https://help.publer.io/en/article/can-i-cancel-the-subscription-at-anytime-w1gd5i/?1587413305211) for example.

### Refunds for mobile subscriptions

**iOS:**

If you have made a purchase through Apple Pay, refunds are processed through Apple. You will need to request the refund directly from Apple using your device. Follow these [instructions from Apple](https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223) to request a refund for purchases made via Apple Pay.

**Google:**

For subscriptions purchased via Google Pay, we can only issue full refunds within **14 days** of payment. After this period, refunds are no longer available.
