How to filter posts by color-coded labels

DesktopStart

Staying organized is now even easier with color-coded labels.

To filter posts by color-coded labels:

  • Go to the Posts/Calendar tab.
  • For easier navigation, you can filter posts by post type, such as scheduled, failed, recycling, drafts, and more.

NOTE: A label will only appear on dates that contain posts with that label.

  • Click on the listed label to view all posts associated with it.
  • When posts are created for multiple social accounts, they will remain visible together if at least one of the posts has the selected label.

You can also filter by social account at the same time if you have used the same label across multiple social accounts.

  • The Calendar will display the posts that have the selected label.
  • To remove the filter, simply click on the label again to unselect it.
  • You can also hover over a label on a post to see the label's name.
