You can benefit from Publer’s Bonus system in three ways: explore Plans and Pricing, earn discounts by submitting feedback or reviewing Publer on available review platforms, and receive a Gift Card when eligible.

Plans and Pricing:

• You can save up to 20% when paying annually/yearly.
• For every 10 social accounts or team members slots, you get one for free.

Discounts:

You can earn up to 16% in additional recurring discounts by submitting feedback or reviewing Publer on one of the available review platforms.

The available review options include:

• Give Feedback (Internal) — When submitting a review, make sure it reflects your genuine experience with Publer. If you choose Give Feedback, we recommend providing as much detail as possible about your experience, including what you like, what could be improved, and any suggestions you may have. Feedback containing spam, dummy text, or very little information may not be approved.
• Crozdesk
• Capterra
• Trustpilot
• G2
• Gartner
• TrustRadius
• Facebook — Recommend Publer on Facebook.
• Twitter — Give Publer a shout-out on Twitter / X.

For the review platforms listed above, your review must first be approved by the respective platform before Publer can apply the discount. This process is not instant and may take some time, as each platform has its own review process. Once your review is approved, Publer can verify it and apply the corresponding discount to your subscription.

Once your review has been approved by the platform and verified by Publer, the corresponding discount will be awarded. The discount is recurring, meaning it will continue to apply to your subscription.

Important Notes:

• We check reviews regularly. However, in some cases, the profile or account used to submit the review may not match your Publer account, which can prevent us from verifying the review automatically.
• If your review has been approved by the review site but you haven’t received your bonus discount after a reasonable period, please contact us via Live Chat or email us at [email protected]. We'll verify your review, gather any necessary details, and assist you further.
• Once a discount is approved, it will remain available to you and will continue to apply to your current subscription. You can use the discount at any time in the future.
• The maximum discount available through the Bonus system is up to 16%. The available discount for each option may vary and is shown in Settings > Bonus.

Gift Card:

You may also be able to receive a Gift Card through the Bonus system.

• Go to Settings > Bonus
• Look for the Gift Card option at the top of the page, then follow the instructions to submit your review.

• The site will be responsible for awarding the Gift Card, so you’ll need to coordinate with them directly regarding this.
• The status of this review may remain Pending, as we won’t be able to confirm when or if the Gift Card will be awarded.
