How to respond to internal notes

Once you have been tagged on a note you will need to stay updated and proceed accordingly.

To respond to notes on a post:

Click on the Notifications bell to view any alerts you've received about being mentioned in a post.
Whenever you are tagged in an internal note or comment, a notification will be sent to you. You can then click on the notification to check the post directly.


Click on the notification, and you will be taken directly to the post and the new notes.


From there, you can suggest additional changes, tag other members, and more. This will also allow you to reply to notes or comments if necessary.


If you leave a note to a post, you'll receive a notification whenever someone adds another note afterward. This feature can be toggled on or off by going to Settings > Email Notifications, which you can access here.

To respond to an internal note:

If someone tags you in a post, you will receive a notification indicating that you have been mentioned.



Click on the notification.



You will then be redirected to the post.
From there, you can reply to the notes and tag other members:



Keep in mind, if you added a note in the post, then you will get notified for each note that is added after that.


If you leave a note on a post, you will get notified if someone else leaves another note after you. You can toggle this on or off at Setting -> Notifications here on the web.
