How to view comments on competitor posts

You can easily view comments on competitor posts from Publer.

To view comments on a competitor post:

Go to Analytics on Publer.
Select a Twitter/X account on the left.

Due to X limitations, viewing comments on competitor posts is supported only for X. Facebook and Instagram do not currently support viewing or replying to competitor post comments through the API.

Go to the Competitor Analysis tab and scroll down to Post insights.

In the Post Insights table, select the post you want to view.
Click on View comments to open the comments section.

You can view existing comments on the post.

Keep in mind:

Viewing comments on competitor posts is currently supported only for X.
Due to API limitations, Facebook and Instagram do not support viewing or replying to comments on competitor posts.
Due to X limitations, replying to comments on competitor posts is not supported in Publer.
Replies are only supported on your own X posts and on replies under your own posts from any X account you manage.
