How to filter media by tags/labels

When you have a lot of media files in the Media Library, it can sometimes be hard to quickly search for them. However, using labels will allow you to search and filter media easily.

To search or filter media by labels:

From the navigation bar on the left, go to the Media Library tab.
You will be able to see all your labels under the Search media and Filter by fields, as shown below:

Select a label to view all media associated with it.
You can also search for labels by clicking the dropdown arrow on the far left and using the Search label field:

This is especially useful when you have many labels and want to find a specific one.
For example, to find media labeled Cats, simply search for “Cats” and select the label to view all related media.

You can also filter media by selecting multiple labels at once (e.g. Coffee, Cats). This will show media that match any of the selected labels.

Lastly, you can use the Favorite, Canva, or VistaCreate labels to quickly access those media files.

Using folders together with labels

If your media is organized into folders or subfolders, you can open a specific folder first and then filter media by labels inside it.
When filtering or searching inside a folder, only the media stored in that folder will be shown.

This makes it easier to narrow down results when managing media for different campaigns, brands, or clients.

To search or filter media by labels on the mobile app:

Go to the Media Library tab.

You will be able to see all your labels under the Search media and Add media fields:

Select a label to view all media associated with it.
You can also search for labels using the Search media field to quickly find a specific label.

You can filter media by selecting multiple labels at once (e.g. #MemeFriday, Ambassador, Best times to post). This will show media that match any of the selected labels.

You can also use the Favorite, Canva, or VistaCreate labels at the top of the page to pull up the respective media.
