Linkie lets you make your social media posts clickable by adding links to them from Publer. You can add posts to Linkie while creating a new post, or by editing an existing scheduled or published post.

To add a scheduled post to Linkie:

• Go to Create.
• Select the social account(s) where you have set up your Linkie profile.
• Create your post as usual and click the Linkie icon below the post.

• Toggle on Add post to Linkie and add the link you want to attach to the post.
• You can also choose where the post should appear on your Linkie profile, such as under a specific page or section.
• If you leave the link field empty, users will be redirected to the social media post.
• Click Save when you’re finished.

• Schedule or publish the post accordingly.

Once the post is published, it will appear on your Linkie profile with the link you added.

To add an existing published post to Linkie:

• Go to the Posts tab and choose the calendar or Feed view.
• Filter by Scheduled or Published and select the social account connected to your Linkie profile.
• Find the post you want to add to Linkie.
• Click the Linkie icon under the post. The icon will appear greyed out if the post has not been added to Linkie yet.

• Toggle on Add post to Linkie and add the link you want to attach to the post.
• You can also choose where the post should appear on your Linkie profile, such as under a specific page or section.
• If you leave the link field empty, users will be redirected to the social media post.

• Click Save to save the changes.

The post will now be added to your Linkie profile.

To add posts to Linkie automatically:

• Go to the Social Accounts tab.
• Select the social account that has Linkie connected.
• Go to the Link in Bio settings.
• Toggle on Add posts to Linkie.

• When this option is enabled, new posts created in Publer for that social account, will be automatically added to the connected Linkie profile.

Keep in mind:

• The post will appear on Linkie after it is published. If the post is still scheduled, it will be added to Linkie after publishing.
• One social account can only be connected to one Linkie profile, but a Linkie profile can be connected to multiple social accounts.
• If you leave the Linkie link field empty, users will be redirected to the original social media post.

You can also add posts to Linkie from the Publer mobile app. You can add a post to Linkie while creating it, or by editing an existing scheduled or published post.

To add a scheduled post to Linkie from the mobile app:

• Open the Publer app and click on the the + button.
• Select the social account connected to your Linkie profile.
• Create your post as usual and click on the Linkie icon.

• Toggle on Add post to Linkie and add the link you want to attach to the post.
• You can also choose where the post should appear on your Linkie profile, such as under a specific page or section.
• If you leave the link field empty, users will be redirected to the social media post.

• Click Confirm to save the changes and schedule or publish the post accordingly.

Once the post is published, it will appear on your Linkie profile with the link you added.

To add an existing published post to Linkie from mobile:

• Open the Publer app and go to the Posts/Calendar tab.

• Select the social account connected to your Linkie profile.
• Find the scheduled or published post you want to add to Linkie.
• Tap the post to open it.
• Click on the Linkie icon.

• Toggle on Add post to Linkie and add the link you want to attach to the post.
• You can also choose where the post should appear on your Linkie profile, such as under a specific page or section.
• If you leave the link field empty, users will be redirected to the social media post.
• Tap Confirm to save the changes.

The post will now be added to your Linkie profile.

To add posts to Linkie automatically:

• Click the Workspace icon at the top-left side of the screen.

• Click the three dots on the right side of the social account that has Linkie connected.
• Select Account Settings.

• Go to the Link in Bio settings.

• Toggle on Add posts to Linkie.

• When this option is enabled, new posts created in Publer for that social account will be automatically added to the connected Linkie profile.

Keep in mind:

• The post will appear on Linkie after it is published. If the post is still scheduled, it will be added to Linkie after publishing.
