What is the refund policy?

Refunds for web subscriptions



For each payment that you make on the web, you have 14 days to request a full refund. After the 14 days, you're still eligible for a refund for the remaining of the subscription, but a pro-rated refund and the discount for paying yearly (where applicable) will be waived.

In a few words, we will never play it dirty and take advantage of you forgetting to cancel your subscription for example.

Refunds are issued manually so you will have to email us at [email protected] or contact us using the live chat.

Refunds for mobile subscriptions



iOS:

If you have made a purchase through Apple Pay, refunds are processed through Apple. You will need to request the refund directly from Apple using your device. Follow these instructions from Apple to request a refund for purchases made via Apple Pay.

Google:

For subscriptions purchased via Google Pay, we can only issue full refunds within 14 days of payment. After this period, refunds are no longer available.
