During the #CMStalinInUS trip our Honourable CM @mkstalin avargal urged the diaspora to help the tourism sector in all ways possible. Upon this request the #TamilDiaspora responded positively and promised to raise funds for a Sightseeing bus. The dept of Industries investment promotion and commerce also requested the good people at Ashok Leyland to help with some CSR. As an outcome we now have a beautiful air-conditioned double decker bus which will ferry tourists around once our HCM flags it off on the 12th of Jan at the @nrtwb_official "அயலகத் தமிழர் தினம்" event at CTC Chennai🙏🏾 We have taken extreme care in ensuring that the design also doesn't hinder the view from inside the bus...note the positioning of the design elements👍🏽 Am extremely thankful to Ashok Leyland, Veera Anna, Ram Anna, Siva Anna and the entire team in the US for having delivered on their promise to help the Dept of Tourism ♥️🙏🏾 #NRTDay2026
