How to apply post details to all posts in bulk
The Apply to all posts option in Publer lets you schedule hundreds of posts in bulk for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google while applying the same settings to all at once.
Easily schedule Instagram Stories, TikTok followers-only videos, Reels with custom audio, and more. This feature saves time and simplifies post management within Publer.
Click on the Create button.
Upload multiple posts in bulk as you normally would. Learn more on how to schedule in bulk here.
When you need to make a change apply to all the posts, click on Apply to all posts on the right-side of the post.
Keep in mind this option is available only for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google.
In my case, I need to schedule all the Instagram photos as stories and for them to post automatically.
Review the confirmation message to check which posts will be updated.
Confirm and schedule your posts accordingly.
Upload multiple posts in bulk and choose the social accounts of your choice.
Customize posts for each social media platform first. To customize the posts, click on the customize button. Learn more here.
Click Apply to all posts after selecting the post on the social account of your choice.
Review the confirmation message to check which posts will be updated.
Confirm and schedule your posts accordingly.
This option appears only when multiple posts can be updated at once.
The apply to all posts option will pop up where possible and will modify only the applicable posts on the list for that social network
When posting to multiple platforms, customize each post first before using Apply to all posts.
The supported platforms are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google.
