To clear your cookies cache:

• Log out of Publer to clear the cookies cache for Publer.
• Go to the lock icon in the URL tab > Cookies.

• Select and Remove each Cookie related to Publer and click on Done.

• Finally, log back into Publer and you should be able to proceed normally.
