How to format your captions on Publer

You can add emojis to your captions or make the text bold or italic directly from Publer. Bold and Italic text emphasize important words and help you organize your information.

To learn how to add emojis to your captions, you can follow the steps on this guide.

To make the text bold:

Go to the Create tab and start writing your caption.
Select the part you want to highlight in bold.
Click on the Bold icon.

Another way to make your selected text bold or start writing text in bold, is by pressing the Command/Crtl + B keys on your keyboard.

To make the text italic:

Go to the Create tab and start writing your caption.
Select the part you want to highlight in italic.
Click on the Italic icon.

Another way to make your selected text italic or start writing text in italic, is by pressing the Command/Crtl + I keys on your keyboard.

You can combine these formatting styles with one another, meaning that you can make your text bold-italic.

Keep in mind, bold, italic and bold-italic texts count as two characters for each letter within the words. Learn about the character limit for each social account here.
