With Publer, you can either manually reschedule posts or automatically send them back to your posting queue using Auto Reschedule. Both options help you stay flexible and keep your content calendar on track.

To reschedule posts on Publer:

Whenever you need to change the date or time of a failed or already scheduled post, you can easily reschedule it.

• Go to the Posts tab.
• Use the filters to find the posts you want to reschedule, such as Failed or Scheduled posts.
• Click on the timestamp of the post and select Reschedule from the options.

• Select a date and time and click Save.

• Alternatively, go to the Monthly/Weekly/Daily view to open the Calendar.
• Make sure to select the social account you want to make changes to at the top.
• Drag & Drop the post to another day. This will change the date while keeping the same time.

To reschedule posts created for multiple social accounts:

If a post was created for multiple social accounts, you can reschedule all the posts together or customize the publishing time for each social account.

• Open the post, click on the timestamp, and select Reschedule.

• Click Customize time for each social account to choose a different publishing time for each social account.

• To keep the same publishing time for all the social accounts, click Switch to unified time and choose the desired date and time.

• Click Save to apply the changes.

To Auto Reschedule a post:

Alternatively, you can quickly auto reschedule failed or already scheduled posts back to your posting queue. This helps you avoid rescheduling posts manually.

• Go to the Posts tab.
• Use the filters to find the posts you want to reschedule, such as Failed or Scheduled posts.
• Find the post you want to auto reschedule.
• Click on the timestamp and select Auto Reschedule from the options.

• Choose the auto scheduling options based on how you want the post to be placed in your queue:
• Select a label (optional) to better organize and categorize your post.
• Enable Schedule at top of the queue to prioritize the post and place it in the first available timeslot, moving other posts further down.
• Enable Schedule after (inclusive) to schedule the post on or after a specific date.
• Enable Schedule before (inclusive) to make sure the post is scheduled on or before a selected date.

• After making the necessary changes, click Save.
• Publer will automatically send the post back to your scheduling queue based on the available time slots.

To Auto Reschedule posts created for multiple social accounts:

If a post was created for multiple social accounts, you can also use Auto Reschedule to send the posts back to the scheduling queue. Publer will find the next available timeslot for each social account based on its posting schedule.

• Open the post, click on the timestamp, and select Auto Reschedule.

• Choose the auto scheduling options based on how you want the posts to be placed in the queue.

• Click Save to auto reschedule the posts.
• Each post will be scheduled based on the next available timeslot for its corresponding social account.

Keep in mind:

• You can use Reschedule or Auto Reschedule for failed and scheduled posts.
• Auto Reschedule saves you time by finding an available timeslot based on your posting schedule instead of requiring you to manually choose a new date and time.
• If a post was created for multiple social accounts, you can reschedule all the posts together or customize the publishing time for each social account.
• When using Auto Reschedule for multiple social accounts, each post is scheduled based on the available timeslots for its corresponding social account.
