With Publer, you can either manually reschedule posts or automatically send them back to your posting queue using Auto Reschedule. Both options help you stay flexible and keep your content calendar on track.

To reschedule posts on Publer:

Whenever you need to change the date or time of a failed or already scheduled post, you can easily reschedule it.

• Go to the Posts tab.
• Use the filters to find the posts you want to reschedule, such as Failed or Scheduled posts.
• Click on the timestamp of the post and select Reschedule from the options.

• Select a date and time and click Save.

• Alternatively, go to the Monthly/Weekly/Daily view to open the Calendar.
• Make sure to select the social account you want to make changes to at the top.
• Drag & Drop the post to another day. This will change the date while keeping the same time.

To reschedule grouped posts:

When rescheduling a grouped post, you can either keep all posts at the same publishing time or set a different time for each social account.

• Open the grouped post, click on the timestamp, and select Reschedule.

• Click Customize time for each social account to choose a different publishing time for each social account.

• To keep the posts grouped, click Switch to unified time and choose the same publishing time for all social accounts.

• Click Save to apply the changes.

To Auto Reschedule a post:

Alternatively, you can quickly auto reschedule failed or already scheduled posts back to your posting queue. This helps you avoid rescheduling posts manually.

• Go to the Posts tab.
• Use the filters to find the posts you want to reschedule, such as Failed or Scheduled posts.
• Find the post you want to auto reschedule.
• Click on the timestamp and select Auto Reschedule from the options.

• Choose the auto scheduling options based on how you want the post to be placed in your queue:
• Select a label (optional) to better organize and categorize your post.
• Enable Schedule at top of the queue to prioritize the post and place it in the first available timeslot, moving other posts further down.
• Enable Schedule after (inclusive) to schedule the post on or after a specific date.
• Enable Schedule before (inclusive) to make sure the post is scheduled on or before a selected date.

• After making the necessary changes, click Save.
• Publer will automatically send the post back to your scheduling queue based on the available time slots.

To Auto Reschedule grouped posts:

You can also use Auto Reschedule for grouped posts. Publer will find the next available timeslot for each social account based on its posting schedule.

• Open the grouped post, click on the timestamp, and select Auto Reschedule.

• Choose the auto scheduling options based on how you want the posts to be placed in the queue.

• Click Save to auto reschedule the posts.
• Once auto rescheduled, the posts will no longer remain grouped. Each post will be scheduled separately based on the available timeslot for its social account.

Keep in mind:

• You can use Reschedule or Auto Reschedule for failed and scheduled posts.
• Auto Reschedule saves you time by finding an available timeslot based on your posting schedule instead of requiring you to manually choose a new date and time.

• Enable Schedule before (inclusive) to make sure the post is scheduled on or before a selected date, which is useful when working with deadlines or campaigns.

• Tap Schedule to confirm.
• Publer will automatically send the post back to your scheduling queue based on your available time slots.

Keep in mind:

• You can use Reschedule or Auto Reschedule for failed posts and scheduled posts.
• Auto Reschedule helps you save time instead of manually choosing a new date and time.
• The post will be placed in the next available time slot based on your posting schedule.
• When rescheduling a grouped post, the posts need to have the same scheduled date and time to remain grouped. If you customize their publishing times individually, they will no longer remain grouped.
