How to schedule a retweet in Publer

Creating retweets using Publer is a straightforward process. This guide will walk you through the steps.

Retweeting Others' Tweets

To retweet others' tweets using Publer, simply follow these steps:

  1. Find the tweet you want to retweet.
  2. Copy the URL of the tweet.
  3. Paste the URL in the text editor.

This will create a retweet of the chosen tweet. You can view it directly on the Post Preview on the right side

  1. And the retweet is ready to be scheduled.

Retweeting Your Own Tweets Using AutoShare

If you want to retweet your own tweets, you can use Publer's AutoShare feature.

Here's how:

  • First, create your tweet.
  • Then, choose the Twitter account you want to post from.
  • Next, click the AutoShare icon below the post.

  • Specify the Twitter accounts where you want the post to be retweeted.

You can also add social accounts from other platforms, and Publer will share a link to the tweet you’re creating.

  • If you want to add a delay between the original post and its retweet or repost, use the “Is older than” condition (previously called Delay) to specify when the post should be shared by clicking "Add conditions".

  • From there, you can choose how long you want to delay it for.
  • (OPTIONAL) Set posts to be automatically reposted based on their performance. For example, a post can be reposted if its engagements or reach exceed the values you specify.

Posts can be configured to repost or retweet automatically based on time or performance. Conditions can be based on Time (Is older than), Reach, and Engagements.

  • Click Save and schedule the Tweet.
