Why did I lose social accounts or member slots after an upgrade?

Some users mistakenly enter only the number of additional social accounts or team members they want to add when upgrading. However, the correct process is to adjust the numbers to reflect the total required for the plan. Entering only the additional slots may unintentionally result in a downgrade instead of an upgrade.

This issue is especially common among AppSumo/LTD users. For example, if each AppSumo code includes 3 additional member slots and you want to add 2 more, you should set the total to 5 when upgrading—not just 2. Otherwise, your plan may be downgraded instead of upgraded.

To prevent this, always make sure to enter the TOTAL number of social accounts or member slots you need, rather than just the extras you’re adding.

Note:

When upgrading, the pro-rated difference will be charged immediately. Meaning you will only pay for the upgrade.

If you've unintentionally downgraded your plan, you can easily upgrade again by selecting the correct plan details. If you need any assistance, feel free to email us at [email protected] or reach out via live chat.
