Why does Publer not load?

If Publer is not loading, the issue may be caused by a browser extension, firewall, or antivirus blocking the page.

If you are using Kaspersky

If you have Kaspersky installed, this may be the reason why Publer is not loading. There is a known issue where Kaspersky can cause browser errors, such as ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR, and block access to certain websites.

This issue is caused by the antivirus/browser protection settings and may affect other websites too, not only Publer. Unfortunately, there is not much we can change from our end when the page is being blocked locally by antivirus software.

What you can try

• Temporarily disable Kaspersky and check if Publer loads.
• Try opening Publer in another browser.
• Clear your browser cache and cookies.
• Disable browser extensions that may block websites.
• Uninstall and reinstall Kaspersky if the issue continues.
