Ambassador Payouts

As a Publer Ambassador, you will receive monthly payouts directly to your PayPal or Stripe account.

Each earned commission is manually verified for its legitimacy. There's a 15 days approval wait time for commissions earned on free users and a 30 days approval wait time for commissions earned on paying customers, in case they ask for a refund.

Approved commissions are paid out via PayPal/Stripe on the 1st of every month, as long as the total unpaid commissions are at least $20 and the PayPal email address or Stripe account you have provided is valid.

However, by actively sharing Publer with your network, you will have the following benefits:

Biweekly payments on the 1st and on the 15th of each month

Early access to upcoming features, thus directly contributing to shaping their development

Increase the chances of earning higher commission rates .

Receiving Payouts through your PayPal account

To receive the commissions earned from the Ambassador program directly at your PayPal account:

First, go to Payment method and click on Edit.


Choose PayPal from the options.
Make sure to connect your PayPal account by adding the email on the box that appears on the right-side.


After you connect your PayPal account, you will receive the earned commission accordingly.

Details about the payouts are also displayed for you on the Payout box on the Ambassador Page:


If you click on View for a specific payout, you will be redirected to your PayPal account.
To change the PayPal email, click Edit, enter the new email next to PayPal, and save the changes.

Receiving Payouts through Stripe

To receive the commissions earned from the Ambassador program directly to your Stripe account: Supports direct deposit to bank accounts

First, go to Payment method and click on Edit.
Choose Stripe from the options.
Make sure to connect your Stripe Express account by clicking on Connect.


You'll be redirected to the Stripe setup page, where you can create an account if you don't have an existing one.
Enter your email address and click on Submit.


Select the country where your business legally operates and type of business.


Verify your personal details (i.e name, date of birth, address) and click on Continue.


Add the bank details where you want to receive your payouts.


After you connect your Stripe account, you will receive the earned commission accordingly.

Details about the payouts are displayed for you on the Stripe dashboard.
To get redirected to the Stripe dashboard you can also go to the Payout section on the Publer Ambassador Page.
Here, copy the transaction details and paste them on Google search field.
You'll be redirected on the Stripe dashboard and view the recent earnings, transactions, balance and activity.


If you need to change/edit the Stripe account details you can click on Edit Payment method > Manage.


From there, you will be redirected to the Stripe Express dashboard and you have to click on the Account icon on the top right corner.
If you scroll down, you can choose to Edit the personal or payout details.

Delay in Payouts

PayPal Payouts

A slight delay in receiving payouts is normal due to factors like banking holidays, processing times, and the chosen payout method.

First Payout: Your first payout takes the longest (typically 7 days) due to verification and compliance checks. You can read more here.

Subsequent Payouts: Usually processed instantly after reaching your PayPal account, though weekends and bank holidays may cause delays.

Stripe Payouts

First Payout: Your first payout takes the longest (typically 7–14 days) due to verification and compliance checks. Processing time may vary depending on your location and bank. You can read more here.

Subsequent Payouts: The payout has been sent to Stripe and will be transferred to your bank account within 1–2 business days. Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the funds.

If your funds haven't arrived within the expected timeframe, check your Stripe dashboard for updates. If the payment is in progress, your payout request has been received and is being processed, usually within a few business days. If the issue persists, contact your bank to ensure there are no processing delays.

Credit Notes and Statements

We are not able to provide affiliate commission credit notes or statements. The commissions are paid by our US entity, which means that we always report to the US authorities. Moreover, all the Publer ambassadors are paid via PayPal, which means that we are not required to report anything to the IRS.

For more context, anytime a payment to a contractor/ambassador is made by credit/debit card, or a third party payment processing company (such as Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, etc.), it is the payment processing company's responsibility to prepare a 1099-K or any necessary tax forms.
