How to edit scheduled posts

If you forget something when scheduling a post, you can always edit it later.


To edit already created posts:


  • Go to the Calendar page and apply the filters you need.
  • Choose Scheduled.



  • Filter based on the social account or labels.
  • If you simply want to change the time and date of the post, click on the timestamp in the top right corner.



  • Click Edit if you want to make changes to the post's content.



  • If the post was created for multiple social accounts, you can make changes to all the posts at once or edit them individually.
  • To make changes to all the posts at once, click on the caption of one of the social accounts.



  • Alternatively, click Show each post to view the posts separately and edit a specific one individually.



  • Make the necessary changes and click Save.



  • You can always preview the post after you've made changes by clicking the Preview icon (the eye icon) underneath the post.

Keep in mind:


  • If a post was created for multiple social accounts, you can apply changes to all of them or use Show each post to edit a specific post.
  • You can only edit posts for social accounts you have permission to access.
  • Editing is only available for social networks that support editing through their API. If a social network does not support editing, Publer will display a warning.
  • If one of the posts has already been published, you can manage the published post separately.

If you forget something when scheduling a post, you can always edit it later.


To edit already created posts:


  • Click on the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen.
  • On the posts icon, choose List View to view all the posts.



  • Click on the filter icon at the top of the screen.



  • Choose Scheduled posts and open the post you need to edit.



  • Press the three dots in the top right corner and select Edit.



  • The post will open in the Create composer, where you can make the necessary changes.
  • If the post was created for multiple social accounts, selecting Edit lets you make changes to all of them together.
  • If you only want to edit the post for a specific social account, select Show each post first.



  • Open the post for the social account you want to update, press the three dots, and select Edit.
  • After making the necessary changes, press Save to update the post.



You can edit:


  • Scheduled Posts
  • Failed posts
  • Drafts


To reschedule created posts:


  • Open the post you want to reschedule.
  • Press the three dots in the top right corner and select Reschedule.



  • Select the desired day and time and press Confirm.



Keep in mind:
