To manage your published posts online you can follow 2 ways with Publer:

1. Manage the posts in the Daily/Weekly/Monthly view

Go to the Posts tab on Publer.
Filter by Daily/Weekly/Monthly (Calendar) view.



Then you can search your post on the past days since we are looking for posted content and open a post you want to check:

On the post details you have two places that will redirect you to the post online.
One is the published date on upper right corner and the eye icon on the bottom left.

2. Manage the posts in the Feed view

Go to the Posts tab on Publer.
Click on Feed View and then filter by Posted.
On the Grid view you can locate the post you want and click on it.



You can filter by accounts at the top of the screen and by labels, to narrow your search.
Not all the social accounts support deleting posts from third party apps such as Publer.

If you want to manage posts that were not published with Publer, make sure to Sync Posts first.
Once your posts are synced, you will be able to view them.



On the open post details you will have as in Calendar view 2 options to navigate to the published post.
One is the published date on upper right corner and the eye icon on the bottom left. You can also edit the post here.



The Post view has 2 ways of displaying posts, List view and Grid view.

When you click the List view you see the list of posts with more details.



On the List view you will have the published date on upper right corner and the eye icon on the bottom left of each post and if you are not able to click them, hovering on the eye icon will give the reason why you can not click them (ex: post was deleted).

You can manage your published posts from within Publer. You can edit the post, delete it and reuse it.

You have the ability to:

Edit the caption of a published post.

Go to Posts and filter to Posted



Select the post you want to reuse and open it.
Press on the three dots on the top right and chose Edit.



After that you can edit the caption and save it.



Not all the social accounts support edits from third party apps such as Publer.

Delete the published post from the social network.

Once deleted, the post will still be available for reuse on Publer.

Press on the three dots on the top right of the post and chose Delete.



A pop up will display to accept or decline the action:



Reuse the published post for other social accounts.

Press on the three dots on the top right of the post and chose Reuse.
