How to organize media in folders
You can keep your Media Library organized by sorting your files into folders and subfolders. This makes it easier to find, reuse, and manage your images, videos, and GIFs.
To organize media in folders:
- Go to the Media Library tab.

- Open the dropdown and select Add new folder.

- Give the folder a name and save it.

- To create a subfolder, open an existing folder and click Add new folder again. You can create as many folders and subfolders as you need.
- You can add photos, videos, or GIFs to any folder or subfolder and see the changes instantly.
- Click on Add new file to add them.

You can also manage your folders by:
Clicking the three dots and choosing one of the following options:

- Edit to rename a folder or subfolder.

- Delete to remove a folder or subfolder you no longer need.

- Move to place a folder inside another folder or subfolder, or move it into a newly created one.

You can also organize your media by labels.
