How to reuse posts

You can easily reuse any old, published, scheduled, or deleted post.


To reuse a post:


  • Go to the Calendar page and apply the filters you need.
  • Locate the post you want to reuse, then click the Reuse button.


WARNING: Threads and follow-up comments must be added manually each time, so they won't carry over when you reuse a post.


Note: For drafts, the "Delete or Don't delete" option is only available for draft ideas, not for draft posts when reusing them.


  • You'll be redirected to the Create page where you can add the finishing touches to your post.
  • Schedule the post accordingly.


To reuse a Scheduled/Failed post:


  • Go to the Calendar page, and filter it by Scheduled or Failed.
  • Select the post you want to reuse by clicking the checkbox option on the left side of the post then click the Reuse button.

  • You'll be redirected to the Create page where you can add the finishing touches to your post.
  • Schedule the post accordingly.


To reuse in bulk:


  • Go to the Calendar page and apply the filters you need.
  • Select all the posts you want to use, then click Reuse at the bottom right.

  • You'll then be redirected to the Create page where you can add the finishing touches to your posts.


  • Schedule the posts accordingly.

MobileStart


You can easily reuse any old, published, scheduled, or deleted post.


To reuse a post on mobile:


  • Navigate to the Calendar menu, and filter accordingly.
  • Click on the specific day containing your post, then select View Posts.



  • Open the post you wish to reuse by selecting it.



  • Next, click the three dots in the upper right corner and choose Reuse.

  • You will be directed to the Create page.
  • Make the final touches and schedule accordingly.


Similarly you can access and reuse the post from the Monthly and List view.
