To edit already created posts:

  • Go to the Calendar page and apply the filters you need.
  • Choose Scheduled.

  • Filter based on the social account or labels.
  • If you simply want to change the time and date of the post, click on the timestamp in the top right corner.

  • Click Edit if you want to make changes to the post's content.

  • Finally, click Save to update the post.

  • You can always preview the post after you've made changes by clicking the Preview icon (the eye icon) underneath the post.

Editing grouped posts

If a scheduled post contains multiple social accounts, you can edit all the posts in the group together or edit a specific post individually.

  • Click Edit on the grouped post.

  • To make changes to all the posts in the group at once, click on the caption of one of the social accounts.

  • Alternatively, click Show each post to view the posts separately and edit a specific post individually.

  • Make the necessary changes to the desired post.
  • Once you have made your changes, click Save.

You can edit:

Alternatively, you can edit your posts within the Calendar. Learn more about that here.

Keep in mind:

  • When editing a grouped post, changes can be applied to all the posts in the group or to an individual post by using Show each post.
  • You can only edit posts for social accounts you have permission to access.
  • Editing is only available for social networks that support editing through their API. If a social network does not support editing, Publer will display a warning.
  • If one of the posts in the group has already been published, it will no longer be part of the scheduled grouped post. You can manage the published post separately.
