Watermarks are one of the best ways to make a good impression and you don’t even have to worry about others illegally downloading, copying, or using your work. All your brand needs are unique photos and carefully designed media.

What are Watermarks?

While you can always take legal actions, the easiest and fastest way to protect your digital work is by watermarking them. Watermarks discourage the illegal use of creative material without the permission of its creator. They are usually a logo, stamp, or signature placed over the image or video without covering or interrupting it. That is why watermarks are usually placed in the corners.

To create a watermark:

• Go to Social Accounts and select the account you want to create a watermark for.
• Select Watermarks and then click the Create watermark to add a logo.

• Once the logo is uploaded, you can:

1. Specify a name for the logo.
2. Specify the size, position, and opacity.
3. Optionally, make it a Default watermark .
4. Optionally, add padding around the logo.

• Finally, click on Create and use the watermark to your liking.

Keep in mind:

• You can create up to 10 watermarks per each account.
• Each watermark is account specific.
• You need to upload a logo which should be a PNG file.
• You can always edit the Default watermarks.
• You can Preview watermarks on Publer from the dashboard anytime (even if you make last-minute changes).
• Videos take a little more time to get watermarked, but that shouldn't be a problem if you schedule the post for later.

• Open the Publer mobile app and tap the menu icon on the top left corner to view all workspaces.
• Select the workspace and social account you want to create a watermark for.
• Tap the three dots next to the social account.

• Select Account Settings.
• Tap on Watermarks.

• Click on Create watermark to add a logo.

• Once the logo is uploaded, you can:

1. Specify a name and image for the logo.
