Why do I get "No available time-slots could be located for this account" error?
This error usually appears when Publer cannot find a matching time-slot in your posting schedule for the post you are trying to auto-schedule.
The two most common causes are:
- The post type does not match the selected time-slot.
- The AutoSchedule label does not match any available time-slot labels.
1. Check if the Post Type Matches the Time-Slot
- Go to the Social Accounts tab in Publer.
- Select the social account you are currently scheduling posts for.
- Open the Posting Schedule and review your time-slots.

- In the example above, the 6 time-slots are configured for link, photo, GIF, video, status (text), and any post types.
- You can hover over each icon to check which post type the time-slot supports.
For example, if the selected time-slot only accepts link posts, but you are trying to auto-schedule a photo post, Publer will not be able to find a matching slot. As a result, you may see the following error message: "No available time-slots could be located for this account. Please double-check the posting schedule for this account."
2. Check Your AutoSchedule Labels
Another common reason for this error is a mismatch between your AutoSchedule settings and the labels assigned to your posting schedule time-slots.
When using labels with AutoSchedule, Publer only searches for time-slots that match the selected label. For example, if you select a specific label while scheduling a post, Publer will only look for available time-slots that have that same label assigned.
On the other hand, if no label is selected in the AutoSchedule field, Publer will only search for unlabeled time-slots and will not use labeled ones as a fallback.
Because of this behavior, if ALL of your posting schedule time-slots already have labels assigned, but the AutoSchedule label field is left empty, Publer won't be able to find any matching available slots. As a result, you may encounter the following error: "No available time-slots could be located for this account.."
To avoid this issue:
- Make sure the selected auto-schedule label matches an existing labeled time-slot.
- If all of your time-slots are labeled, do not leave the AutoSchedule label field empty.
- Alternatively, create an unlabeled time-slot if you want AutoSchedule to work without selecting a label.
After reviewing both the post type and AutoSchedule labels, Publer should be able to locate a valid matching time-slot for your post.
