How to change or switch calendar views in Publer

You can easily switch between different views in the Calendar to better manage and visualize your content scheduling. Here's how:

To change or switch between views:

  • Go to the Calendar tab from the left-side menu.
  • On the top-right side of the Calendar, you'll see the view options: Feed View, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily View.

  • From the Feed View, you can select your preferred layout: List View for a detailed overview, or Grid View for a visual snapshot of your posts.

  • Feed View also allows you to get a sneak peek of your Instagram or TikTok feed before your posts go live. Simply select the platform and switch to Mobile View for a more accurate visual layout.

To navigate the calendar using available filter options:

  • By Post Type – Filter posts based on media types such as text, link, photo, GIF, video, reel, story, short, poll, PDF document, link carousel, and article.

  • By Post Status – View posts by their status: Scheduled, Published, Drafts, Failed, Recycling, and Recurring.

Note: Recycling and Recurring posts are only visible in the Feed View.

A List View of all posts isn’t available, as it’s not technically possible to combine all post types—such as scheduled, published, and failed—into a single chronological order. For a complete overview, we recommend using the Calendar View, where you can apply filters to display all post types in one place.

  • By Member – See content created by specific team members.

  • By Social Account and Labels – Narrow your view by selecting specific social accounts and labels to organize and locate posts more easily.

  • By Search – Use keywords to quickly find specific posts across the calendar.

  • By Date - Easily navigate to any month or year to view your posts without scrolling endlessly.

Other Features You Can Utilize in the Publer Calendar:

When working in a team workspace, one useful feature you can take advantage of is Internal Notes. This allows you to communicate directly within the platform—whether it's to share thoughts, leave feedback, or request changes from your teammates. You can also tag other members to notify them about your note, making sure everyone stays aligned and updates are made promptly.
