How to cancel my subscription

DesktopStart

If you want to stop the automatic renewal and future charges for your Publer subscription, you need to cancel your subscription from Settings > Billing.

You can also choose to pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months instead if you plan to return later.

WARNING: If you cancel your paid subscription and downgrade to the FREE plan, all your scheduled posts will be lost.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Click on the profile dropdown menu and go to Settings.

  • Navigate to Billing and click Cancel or pause subscription.

  • Choose Cancel Subscription.

  • To confirm the cancellation, check the confirmation box and click Confirm Cancellation.

Tip: Instead of canceling, you can pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months. Pausing lets you keep your posts, insights, and account data intact, so you can resume your subscription without losing them.

Note: After canceling, you have 24 hours to resubscribe without losing any data. When you resubscribe, you'll be charged the full amount, but we will make sure you're refunded for the overlapping period.

  • Before canceling, you can optionally share your feedback about your experience with Publer by clicking Leave Feedback.

  • If you're unsure about canceling or need help with your subscription, you can also click Chat with Support to contact our support team at [email protected] before making your decision.

Keep in mind:

  • Canceling your subscription stops it from renewing automatically.
  • You can continue using your paid plan until the end of your current subscription or trial period, unless you ask for a refund.
  • Once your paid subscription ends and your account is downgraded to the FREE plan, all your scheduled posts will be lost.
