Who remembers this?? My old living room.. can’t remember exactly what year this was.. thinking 2010… in Bayswater in London. So a good 15 years ago! It was a rental property and our estate agent and friends were shocked I wanted to paint the walls of the living room and kitchen that linked together black!! 🖤 lived here for about 3 years.. when my friend took over the flat instead and funnily enough when she moved out the agent asked for her to keep the black walls as such a gorgeous feature and makes it easier to list!! Such a trend setter me! 🤣 as nobody really painted their walls black back then! This flat was photographed and ended in about 10 magazines around the world and even got 3 covers! Many good memories in this place was made! I have now listed my current place in Chiswick on the market and placed a couple of offers on some properties in the same area… don’t know where the next move will be but I wonder what the look and mood will be with the interiors this time!? I have been asked many times to show more of my home so for the next place.. I shall document it and share it with you.. if it ends up nice that is! Whenever I encourage people to be responsible capitalists, I’ll be labelled as a dxnbxss for not exercising my rights that was given by the government. . “Since it’s available then I buy and rent out for RM800 a month lah. They cannot pay I just chase them out lah. It’s my right mah. I’m also Malaysian wat…” . Two groups of people. My goal is to leverage on the existing infrastructure of the country to build my wealth for my family, then pay my fair share of tax so the government can use it either to improve or help those in need. The more I make, the more I pay… fair deal. . Some label themselves as capitalist that preys on welfare products, leverage on the unfortunate and misuse government funded products for personal gains. But they justify their action as they get outplayed by the capital market🙄 “All units get snapped up by investors and it’s so expensive so I just buy low cost lah…” . Well you do whatever you want, and I’ll stick to mine. I just want my world to be in a better condition after I leave compared to when I came.
