On the way to $190K MRR! As someone who has worked at other startups and consulted for many companies, I've found that the fastest way to grow a company has always been marketing. Many years ago, when I did marketing, most of the information out there was about traditional marketing: SEO / Ads / Engineering as marketing / Social media. I remember reading the book "Traction" and was super excited. It mentioned 19 traction channels: 1. Viral Marketing 2. Public Relations (PR) 3. Unconventional PR 4. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) 5. Social & Display Ads 6. Offline Ads 7. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 8. Content Marketing 9. Email Marketing 10. Engineering as Marketing 11. Targeting Blogs 12. Business Development 13. Sales 14. Community Building I was a pre-AI book, so you can see that things like AEO didn't exist back then. But there was no focus on growth hacking. Because it's hard to write a growth hack in a book, as things change all the time. But over time, across many businesses, I realized growth hacking is the only way to take a business from 0 to 1. And this is how I did it in the most saturated markets out there - social media scheduling tools. Wrote some of the growth hacks in the article! :)
